Onsite Services for computer with MS Windows 98, XP, Vista and Windows 7 exclude MS Windows Server.

Terms and conditions:
☼ 12 hours on-site per year
☼ Response within one working day.
☼ Additional hour at $60(TPG) per Hour, $80(Islandwide) per Hour
☼ Minimum 1 hour per trip, subsequently
accumulate unit based on half an hour
☼ Priority IT services & consultancy

Islandwide Subscription Price: $960 per year
Tanjong Pagar Subscription Price: $720 per year

2. Advance IT Services subscription
Onsite Services for computer with MS Windows 98, XP, Vista and Windows 7 include MS Windows Server.

☼ Additional hour at $120(TPG) per Hour, $150(Islandwide) per Hour
☼ Minimum 1 hour per trip, subsequently
accumulate unit based on half an hour
☼ Priority IT Services & consultancy

Normal Price: $1800 / year
Tanjong Pagar: $1300 / year

3. Remote Desktop IT Services subscription
Off-site Services for computer with MS Windows 98, XP, Vista and Windows 7 exclude MS Windows Server.

Terms and conditions:
☼ Remote Desktop off-site service for 1 computer only, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7pm only.
☼ Response within one working day.*
☼ On-site special rate, $80 / Hour*,  Minimum 1 hour per trip, subsequently accumulate unit based on half an hour
☼ Priority IT services & consultancy

Normal Price: $360 / year

4. Remote Desktop Advance IT Services subscription
Off-site Services for computer or Server with MS Windows Server series.

Terms and conditions:
☼ Remote Desktop off-site service for 1 server only, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7pm only.
☼ Response within one working day.*
☼ On-site special rate, $100 / Hour*,  Minimum 1 hour per trip, subsequently accumulate unit based on half hour
